Regional Youth Mobilizers
The Role of a Regional Mobilizer
Regional mobilizers exist to support and resource the youth pastors and volunteers in their region. Specifically they work to foster a community of youth leaders by creating spaces for ongoing relationship and communication. They share Vineyard Youth best practices and resources whenever possible. And they work to invite new youth workers into the community. Beyond supporting the youth leaders, mobilizers will also work with a team to create youth events whenever possible like winter retreats, summer camps, and Project Timothy.
