COACHING NETWORK
WHAT IS THIS?
To the faithful youth leaders/directors/pastors in the Vineyard, our message is simple: What you do MATTERS and VUSA wants to come alongside you to INVEST in what the Lord is doing in and through you! That’s why we’ve created the opportunity for you to join one of our Vineyard Youth Coaching Cohorts beginning this fall. For six months, we’re going to spend time developing healthy rhythms and spiritual disciplines, gaining practical tools to help your ministry flourish, as well as build community with other Youth Ministry leaders in the Vineyard! Whether you’ve been at this for a while or you’re brand new in your role as a leader, there’s a seat at the table for you to sow into your growth and wellbeing as a leader!
WHAT WILL A COACHING COHORT LOOK LIKE?
Cohorts will meet once per month on Zoom for six months. There will be some presession work to complete beforehand, a brief teaching, ample time for discussion and prayer. Groups will be anywhere from 4-8 people so there will be plenty of opportunity for each person to share. There will also be an option to have one-on-one coaching sessions with a trained VUSA Coach in between each monthly cohort Zoom Meeting.
WHO ARE THESE FOR?
We will have two types of cohorts running. The first type will be for people new to youth ministry and want help getting started. The second will be for people who’ve been doing it a while and want to build community and grow!
WHAT IS THE COST?
Coaching Cohorts will cost $300 per person for the 6 months. If you choose to add one-on-one coaching sessions with a certified coach in between cohort calls, the total will be $600 for the six months. We believe this will be a worthwhile investment for your church to make in your wellbeing and growth as you serve in this extremely important part of your local church!
WHEN DOES IT START?
The first round of Cohorts will begin in September of 2023 and go until March 2024 with a break in December. Space is limited, so sign up today!
